I’m Kim from Phrase Lounge!

I started this shop as a way to give friends something they couldn’t get anywhere else. It caught on, and now I’m adding new designs all the time. You’ll find a mix of interests here, mostly mine: True Crime, Women’s empowerment, and of course that famous bike that goes nowhere. My daughter Lilly helps me fulfill orders and keep your tracking in order.

Print methods:

POSTERS: 4-color press (CMYK) on large format printers on The resulting poster look crisp, with vibrant full-color designs on an 8mm semi-gloss stock.

MUGS: No decals or stickers here. Mug sublimation results in a crisp, colorful image that is dyed INTO the mug, not onto the mug. Dishwasher safe.

APPAREL: We use DTG printers for all apparel. Direct-to-garment, or DTG, is a printing method that sprays the ink onto the garment, which is then soaked into the fibers of the garment. No decals or vinyl. Image becomes a part of the shirt. DTG process will bring you years of wear under normal washing conditions.

Shipping & Processing

Pre-designed items will go into fulfillment same day. Custom designs are usually turned around for proof the same day, and once approved, will send for print. Posters and mugs are shipping quickly within 1-3 days. DTG is shipping between 4-9 days. We always do our best to get everything out as fast as possible, and if for any reason there is a delay, we will reach out ASAP to resolve it. After your order has been sent to print, it will be marked as fulfilled and you'll get a notification. Tracking will come soon after.
