I recommend a standard 24x36 poster frame from a craft store (like Michael's) for a beautiful presentation in your home gym or workout space. All items are made to order. I design these quickly, but please allow 2-3 business days before shipping from the printer.

Please ensure your CORRECT address is entered - your poster is shipped directly from the press, and I have no way to intercept and correct.

Pre-designed items will go into fulfillment same day. Custom designs are usually turned around for proof the same day, and once approved, will send for print. Posters and mugs are shipping quickly within 1-3 days. DTG is shipping between 4-9 days. We always do our best to get everything out as fast as possible, and if for any reason there is a delay, we will reach out ASAP to resolve it. After your order has been sent to print, it will be marked as fulfilled and you'll get a notification. Tracking will come soon after.
